Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: September 2026

Important notice: Holding and transferring digital tokens such as LEVLX involves significant financial risk. The value of tokens can decline to zero. Please read these risk disclosures carefully. All LEVLX tokens have been fully allocated — no tokens can be purchased through this portal.

1. General Risks of Digital Tokens

Digital tokens and cryptocurrency markets are highly speculative and volatile. The value of LEVLX tokens may fluctuate significantly and without notice, and may decline to zero. Past performance of any cryptocurrency or digital asset is not indicative of future results.

You should only hold exposure to digital tokens that you can afford to lose in their entirety. Digital tokens are not suitable for individuals with a low risk tolerance.

2. No Investment Advice

Nothing contained on the Levolution website, in the portal, in marketing materials, social media channels, or these disclosures constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Levolution AG and its representatives are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment advisors.

Any statements made by Levolution AG regarding potential future value, use cases, or platform development are forward-looking and speculative in nature. You should consult your own qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any decision relating to digital tokens.

3. Regulatory Risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital tokens varies significantly across jurisdictions and continues to evolve rapidly. LEVLX tokens may be classified differently — including potentially as securities — in some jurisdictions.

Regulatory actions, legislative changes, or enforcement decisions by any government or regulatory body could adversely affect the legality, value, or utility of LEVLX tokens. This could result in:

  • restrictions or prohibitions on the holding, transfer, or trading of LEVLX tokens in your jurisdiction;
  • requirements to register with or obtain licenses from regulatory authorities;
  • forced changes to the Levolution platform or tokenomics;
  • confiscation, freezing, or voiding of tokens by court or regulatory order.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you in connection with holding or transferring LEVLX tokens.

4. Technology Risk

The Levolution platform and the LEVLX token are built on emerging blockchain technology, including the Robinhood Chain network and associated smart contracts. This technology carries inherent risks:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities: bugs, exploits, or logic errors in smart contracts may result in loss of tokens or funds;
  • Blockchain instability: the Robinhood Chain network may experience outages, congestion, forks, or other technical failures;
  • Protocol changes: changes to the Robinhood Chain protocol may require unexpected modifications to the Levolution platform;
  • Private key loss: losing access to your wallet's private key will result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of your tokens;
  • Cybersecurity attacks: hacking, phishing, or other malicious attacks may target the platform or individual wallets.

5. Liquidity Risk

There is no guarantee that a liquid secondary market will develop for LEVLX tokens. Even if LEVLX tokens are listed on one or more cryptocurrency exchanges or become tradable as part of the LEVLX upgrade, trading volume may be insufficient to allow you to sell tokens at a desired price or at all. Levolution AG is under no obligation to list LEVLX on any exchange.

6. Market Volatility

Cryptocurrency markets are subject to extreme price volatility driven by factors largely outside the control of Levolution AG, including but not limited to: macroeconomic conditions, changes in cryptocurrency market sentiment, regulatory announcements, media coverage, competition from other projects, and large-scale token holder sell-offs. Market conditions at any given time may make it impossible to liquidate a position in LEVLX tokens without sustaining significant losses.

7. Team and Execution Risk

The development and success of the Levolution platform depends on the continued efforts and abilities of the Levolution team. Key risks include:

  • departure of key team members;
  • failure to recruit sufficient technical talent;
  • inability to execute the roadmap on time or within budget;
  • competitive pressures from other tokenization and RWA platforms;
  • failure to achieve product-market fit.

There is no guarantee that the final Levolution platform will be developed, launched, or achieve commercial success. Development timelines and feature delivery are estimates and subject to change without notice.

8. Forward-Looking Statements

Certain statements made by Levolution AG on its website and in other communications contain forward-looking statements relating to the future development and expected functionality of the Levolution platform. These statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to significant uncertainties and risks that could cause actual results to differ materially.
